We are currently tracking the activities of the Working Group to Study the State Historic Preservation Officers Role in Administering Certain Historic Preservation Review Processes that was created by the General Assembly in the 2023 session and is under the purview of the Commerce Committee. We also track any activity related to the state historic rehabilitation tax credit program and the Community Investment Act funding for historic preservation projects.
